As our HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning our business objectives with our talented Team Members and People Leaders. Your expertise in coaching and partnering with People Leaders will empower them to navigate any people-related challenges that arise.
How you will make an impact
- Be the trusted advisor and consultant to our People Leaders, providing invaluable guidance and support.
- Conduct regular meetings with assigned People Leaders, offering strategic HR advice and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying up to date with legal requirements.
- Collaborate on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies, driving organizational excellence.

- Supporting People Leaders in effectively managing their teams, addressing organizational and people-related issues.
- Optimizing our organizational design to enhance productivity and boost business performance.
- Championing positive Team Member relations, fostering a supportive work environment, and reducing unwanted turnover.
What you'll bring to our team
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist role.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- CPHR designation (in progress or attained) is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices, including multi-province experience.
Skills and abilities:
- Exceptional coaching and consulting skills to empower People Leaders and drive their success.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data, using insights to inform decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business outcomes and the ability to translate them into HR initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and resolving conflicts.
- Tech-savvy, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and deliver results.
